Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of Return: Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt for store credit.

State of Return: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging. 

Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for damaged items, wrong products received, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Process for Return:

1. Contact our customer service team via info@heartxheart.com to initiate your return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Customer service will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Pack the item(s) securely and include any related paperwork.
5. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Process of Refund:

1. Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund in store credit.
2. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days post-inspection.
3. The refund will only be exchanged for store credit.
